Please note the following:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the package price is required within 72 hours of confirming availability to secure your reservation. The balance of the reservation is due 30 days before arrival.
• A key deposit of 2000 Mets per chalet is required upon arrival. This will be refunded upon departure and handover of keys, provided the chalet is in good condition upon departure.
• In case of cancellation within 30 days before the departure date, the full amount will be retained.
• If the booking is postponed to a later date, the price will depend on the date of the new booking and the booking will be subject to the availability of the new desired date.
• A visa is required for holders of passports other than South Africans. Visas can be obtained at the border or the airport of your destination. However, we recommend that you obtain the visa before your departure.
• Please observe the necessary Malaria precautions.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by flight delays, border control or transportation problems.
• Singila Ocean Lodge and all associated accommodation establishments and staff are not liable for any accident, delay, inconvenience, illness, personal injury, loss of life or property caused to the customer during the holiday.
• The client accepts the potentially inefficient, unpredictable nature of Mozambique and does not hold Singila Ocean Lodge and its associated accommodation operators and staff responsible for breakdowns, delays, cancellations, bad weather, acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other industrial disputes or stoppages, wars, blockades, riots, civil disturbances, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or restrictions imposed by the authorities. Travel insurance is recommended.
